Neil Tran is a Director of REMM Vietnam, a partner of the REMM Group, providing commercial and residential real estate services. He has an extensive twenty year background in real estate investment and management. He has preformed thousands of market analysis for valuation appraisals and made numerous decisions about investments throughout the changing cycles of the real estate to maximize revenue enhancement opportunities. Throughout his career, Neil has consistently added value to real estate and produced highly profitable results. He has owned and managed personal investment properties in California since 1989.
Neil Tran is an MBA graduate with a concentration of real estate finance from CaliforniaStateUniversity at Fullerton. Neil enjoys tennis, ping pong, roller skating, skiing, and traveling.

Tam Nguyen is the President of Advance Beauty College (aka Tam’s Beauty College). He is a second-generation family business owner implementing what he learned to the business his parents started over 20 years ago. The beauty college has boasted one of the top manicuring programs in the nation since 1987. He is a graduate of the CSUF College of Business and Economics MBA program. Tam enjoys family time, travel, food, and his favorite teams are the Angels and Lakers.

Karen Huynh is the Controller for a Manufacturer of fine listening devices in Irvine . With over 9 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting/finance department. Karen graduated from California State University with an MBA degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.

Khanh Duong is a CPA at Stephens, Reidinger & Beller LLP, where he advises clients on audit, tax and accounting transactions across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining Stephens, Reidinger & Beller LLP, he worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds an MBA in Finance from California State University , Fullerton and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Han Nguyen is a Financial Analyst at Albertsons Inc. She specializes in project analysis for capital investment. She also works on sales forecast, annual planning, and monthly reports. Before joining Albertsons, she worked as Financial Analyst for Safeway (Vons) in the Real Estate Department and Front Office Manager at Saigon Star Hotel in Vietnam. She got her MBA in Finance from California State University, Fullerton in 2004.

Kayla Vu is currently a Finance Intern at NBC Universal in Los Angeles, CA. Kayla reports directly to the Director of Finance and is responsible for reviewing financial reports and contracts. Additionally, Kayla conducts research and analyzes data on accounting methodologies and she develops distribution reporting tools and performance metrics. Kayla also has over three years of experience working in retail banking and sales. Currently she is completing her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at California State University, Fullerton. Kayla enjoys travel, shopping, reading, playing piano and spending time with family and friends.
